This started out to be Shipwrecked on Saipan, but that's too negative. SOS sounded like fun, but it was taken. So it's SOSaipan or SoSaipan. Could mean anything. Project away.

Hafa Adai
I haven't seen her byline yet, but evidently Kristi Eaton is a new reporter at the Saipan Tribune.
Can't do much worse than the article recently on the high tech marine sanitation devices on the pre-po's. For someone who lives around the water, the reporter sure didn't learn much about ships or shipping.
From her blog writing, she seems to be rather cheery. Hope it doesn't get beat out of her too soon.
On a side note, rather amusing picture here, if Glen doesn't post it right away. http://www.strategypage.com/militaryforums/30-102962.aspx
I usually side with ol' friar Occam and go for the simplest explanation: knowing who you work for as opposed to outright censorship. It's more effective anyway.
I try to keep the links on this site working, but if anything breaks drop a line to sosaipan@yahoo.com I probably won't open attachments unless I know your blood type. These are my Lazy Links, so I can find my bookmarks on any computer. I've missed a few.

New journalism degree, young, citizen.. all pointers suggest "no fear". Might be refreshing.. depending on what makes it through the "censors".

I'm sure she'll do fine.
Now I get it. It took awhile to find the missing .aspx suffix and it wouldn't load. The joke works for a lot of things I see around me.
