"Hello Michael", indeed. Get your Knight Rider GPS at Radio Shack.
It can greet you with more than 300 names in 16 languages. I doubt if the preloaded map includes Saipan.
This thing really does works great. Now I actually have Kitt in 87 Black Trans Am GTA. He'll fit right in with the Knight Rider Dash Board thats in my car now. Too bad he's not a real conversational piece...lol. I guess thats what radios are for...haha
I understand that the voice actor (William Daniela) is 81 years old now, but it isnt hard to correct the pitch amd make it sound more like it did when he was on the show.

Radio Shack used to be the place where people who knew nothing about electronics or computers went to get reamed.
Haven't been to one in over a decade, so I'm not sure if this is still the case.
Love it. I have other cool celebrity voices like Mr. T, Kim Cattrall and Dennis Hopper that I got from Navtones.com. But turning my Ford Tempo into K.I.T.T is a must! Navtones provides the voice so you know it’s the real deal. You can get it online at Best Buy and Amazon too.
I used to go there for parts for my small collection of huge old radios
PDN gave me a trash 80 "notebook" to post stories when they got tired of the telex bill. Frustrating to use: it had a small display. I'm thinking eight lines but it could have been sixteen. The batteries lasted forever.
I'm thinking Peter Graves: "Your mission, Mr. Phillips..."
