That's an Orlando newspaper. Biden did well.

I live in Orlando and I never watch the Orlando news. This lady is really lacking professionalism.
Why would he even agree to go on in the first place? She ended up looking like the terrible one.. but still, why even entertain these idiots.

I think one of the Dean strategies which Obama/Biden used better than anyone predicted at the outset was the "50 state" engagement of the Democratic Party. Don't concede territory at the outset.
I also saw an interesting comment today to the effect that people were less interested in slogans and talking points during the economic crisis.
If you look at the comments to the reporter's response to criticism you will see a number of people who judge the segment in Biden's favor.
If you can keep equilibrium when under attack, and prevail, then the encounter can spread through internet cross reference, giving you leverage.
the reporter's husband is a gop consultant.
conflict of interest
I'd have to agree about the 50 state strategy, even within states. If he can grab five or ten percent more voters than Kerry in "red" areas of a swing state and build his base in the "blue" areas he's home free.
Ignore the people who wouldn't vote for Obama if he was the only candidate on the ballot but convince a few neighbors. I saw it as a plus for the Dems when I first heard this. It's all over the net... even FOX is keeping it alive.
Biden's good at playing Who's the grownup here?
Fox is keeping it alive.. but the three times I've seen it run, it was edited up to show West asking question after question, and either a few seconds of Biden before he answered, or Biden questioning the question.. Making it look like some question and answer that Biden couldn't or wouldn't participate in.. which of course was far from the truth. He answered every single question.
